Welcome to the
Faculty of Informatics. With 2000 students, 180 staff, around
600 graduates each year, and recent research and external
income of £3,000,000, the Faculty is one of leading centres
in the UK and Ireland for informatics teaching and research.
Our mission is to offer the highest quality education, pure
and applied research and technology transfer through rich
partnerships with people and organisations. We invite you to

Informatics is made up of three academic schools and a Research Graduate school, covering
three of the four campuses of the University of Ulster at
Coleraine, Jordanstown and Magee College.
